Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be new, unused, unworn, and in the original condition that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns. You will also need your order number and/or proof of purchase. Please note, we do not refund the original shipping charges. To initiate a return please email us at returns@weareamericancowboy.com
Exchanges
Ordered item(s) are swiftly made at the time of order, and we do not hold stock on inventory; therefore, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at returns@weareamericancowboy.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one.Â
Processing
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus respective shipping fees within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Product Defects and Issues
We will accept returns and/or exchanges for products that do not meet the standards of American Cowboy. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product has any damages or issues such as: defects, tears, sewing issues, misprints and/or blemishes please email us at returns@weareamericancowboy.com with your name, order number and pictures so we can do our best to provide you with a replacement or full refund of your purchase price.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales are final.
